  • Emmy nominated and Golden Reel Award winner Matt Danner recently booked the lead role of Kermit on the MUPPET BABIES series (as well as being the Supervising Director), set to air on Disney Jr. in early 2018. His Disney deal was extended where he is working on a non-excusive basis and is Executive Producing, writing, doing voices, and directing THE THREE CABALLEROS. His other credits include DAN VS., THE LOONEY TUNES SHOW, JOHNNY TEST, XIAOLIN SHOWDOWN, MUCHA LUCHA, THE RIPPING FRIENDS, YOGI BEAR, GRAVITY FALLS, and THE JETSONS.
  • Voice Artist Eric Bauza has booked the role of Fozzie on the MUPPET BABIES series, set to air on Disney Jr. in early 2018. He is also doing the voice of Woody in the new WOODY WOODPECKER feature, plus the role of Jose Carioca in THE THREE CABALLEROS series for Disney. Eric was nominated for two Annie Awards in 2015 for the lead voices in BREADWINNERS and PUSS IN BOOTS and an Emmy nomination for his work on PUSS IN BOOTS. Eric will shortly record for UNIKITTY, LOST IN OZ and the new LEGO JUSTICE LEAGUE DTV. He is consistently doing voices on, ATOMIC PUPPET, POWER PUFF GIRLS, STAR VS. THE FORCES OF EVIL, BUNNICULA, FAIRLY ODDPARENTS, WABBIT/NEW LOONEY TUNES, ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN, TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, TRANSFORMERS ROBOTS IN DISGUISE, SANJAY AND CRAIG, MIGHTY MAGISWORDS, and THE JETSONS MEET WWE. Eric also voiced a character for the animated feature films BOOK OF LIFE and THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE: SPONGE OUT OF WATER. His recent commercial voice work includes the voice of LUCKY THE LEPRECHAUN for LUCKY CHARMS cereal and THE TRIX RABBIT for TRIX cereal. He also reprised the role of MARVIN THE MARTIAN for NIKE.
  • Jim DeFelice, the co-author of AMERICAN SNIPER and best-selling author, has two new books out. FIGHTING BLIND, the story of blind Special Forces soldier, combat veteran and marathon runner IVAN CASTRO, was published by St. Martin's Press in November 2016. AMERICAN WIFE, which he wrote with Taya Kyle, Chris Kyle's widow, was published by William Morrow. DeFelice is writing a new techno-thriller fiction series tentatively entitled PUPPETMASTERS, to be published by Harper Collins and a book on the Pony Express for Harper Collins. He also just completed a pilot script entitled, ALL ANGELS TRAUMA.
  • Nancy Collins' three book series entitled Golgotham that was published by ROC, a division of Penguin, was optioned by 20th Century Fox Television and developed at NBC as a potential series. The Executive Producer is Gary Randall (THE GLADES) and the writer and Executive Producer is Elizabeth Chandler (THE SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING PANTS). Nancy's novel SUNGLASSES AFTER DARK was turned into a graphic novel by IDW Publishing and is getting rave reviews. She has a deal on six print and e-books with Open Road Integrated Media. PAINT IT BLACK, SUNGLASSES AFTER DARK, IN THE BLOOD, TEMPTER, ANGELS ON FIRE and A DOZEN BLACK ROSES. Open Road Integrated Media is also republishing four other of Nancy's shorter titles including LYNCH, HELL COMES SUNDOWN, WALKING WOLF, and WILD BLOOD. Nancy's new book proposal, CROSSING STYX, will hit the marketplace this winter.
  • Annie Girard, a comedic performer and former staff writer on BLUE COLLAR TV, has finished writing multiple episodes for THE THREE CABALLEROS for Disney. She also wrote a script for TOONZONE entitled GREEN KIDS CLUB. Her script LET'S STOP BEING LOSERS, has been picked up by Fax Bahr (MAD TV) and Danny Boyle (CHOCOLATE NEWS) and they have shot a presentation for marketing purposes.
  • Matt Chapman is currently working full time, on a non-exclusive basis, at Disney as a consulting producer/editor where he is working on THE THREE CABALLEROS.
  • Brian Garfield's THE PALADIN is under option to Big Kid Pictures/David Dobkin (WEDDING CRASHERS, THE JUDGE) and Jeff Kleeman (THE CHANGE-UP). Jason Keller (MACHINE GUN PREACHER, MIRROR, MIRROR) is adapting the novel with another writer prior to taking it to the market place.
  • Michael K. Bohn's book PRESIDENTS IN CRISIS: TOUGH DECISIONS FROM TRUMAN TO OBAMA was published this February by Skyhorse Publishing.
  • Costume Designer, Elizabeth Palmer, the Costume Designer on CSI: CYBER, which stars Patricia Arquette, retired after this last season. We'll miss Libby's wonderful contributions to the costume design world.
  • Greg Kihn's second novel, PAINTED BLACK, featuring Dust Bin Bob, was published by Open Road Integrated Media. The first book, RUBBER SOUL, prominently features The Beatles and was published last year while the sequel features The Rolling Stones.
  • Director, writer, producer, actor, Larry Bishop, recently had his film, HELL RIDE, which Quentin Tarantino presented, screened at a film festival in St. Louis. HELL RIDE was also screened at the Buffalo Film Festival. THE SAVAGE SEVEN and IS ANYBODY ON OUR SIDE? recently screened at Quentin Tarantino's NEW BEVERLY CINEMA.
  • Voice actor Trevor Devall is now working with The Coppage Company and wrote a script for the series MARVEL'S AVENENGERS ASSEMBLE. His next writing assignment is for another Marvel animated series.
  • Ib Melchior passed away at the age of 97 in March 2015. All his friends and family will miss him. You can read his excellent obituary in the LA TIMES. Nine of Ib's book titles are now available through Open Road Integrated Media.
  • The Coppage Company now represents UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA PRESS. THE MOST FAMOUS WOMAN IN BASEBALL: EFFA MANLEY AND THE NEGRO LEAGUES by Bob Luke was optioned by Bill Holderman (Sine Qua Non Productions). OBLIVION: THE MYSTERY OF WEST POINT CADET RICHARD COX by Harry J. Maihafer was optioned by Kevin Luperchio. THE BLUE TATTO was optioned by David and Mickey Shiff and most recently, CHAINED EAGLE was optioned by Debbie Stasson and the Discovery Channel.
